DO WE HAVE PARKING?
We are located right next to the Royal Castle in the car-free zone, so unfortunately we do not have a parking lot, it is also not possible to reach us right at the door. Only diplomats are allowed to enter this zone.
DO WE HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
Our hotel is located in the 16th century tenement house of the Kościeliski family. Because it is a historic building, one of the few in Warsaw and the only one in the Old Town that retained its original historic ceilings during World War II, we do not have an elevator, and the reception desk is located on the first floor for technical reasons.
DO TAXIS GO TO THE HOTEL?
We are located in a car-free area, so unfortunately it is not possible to take a taxi to the hotel itself. The nearest stop is on the corner of Senatorska and Podwale Streets, two minutes walk from our door.
DO WE SERVE BREAKFAST?
Breakfasts are served in two versions: savory and sweet, from 8:30 to 10:30. They cost PLN 35 per person. The price includes the cost of drinks.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
We have air conditioning only in Deluxe rooms
ARE THERE MINI BARS IN THE ROOMS?
We don’t have minibars in the rooms, there are fridges in the Deluxe rooms. We also have a vending machine where you can buy cold drinks and snacks, water dispensers are available in the corridors, kettles, coffee and tea are available in all rooms.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER FLOWERS AND CHAMPAGNE/WINE IN THE ROOM FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE?

LATE CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Our reception is open 24/7, so you can easily check in late. Late check-out is possible for a an additional fee.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL
Of course, our guests can leave their luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
We also offer short-term luggage storage for guests from outside our hotel for PLN 20 per item.

DO WE HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
Our hotel is completely non-smoking.
CAN I COME WITH A PET?
We only accept dogs. A surcharge of PLN 50 is required for each dog. Due to the comfort of other guests during their stay, the dog cannot be left unattended in the room. We offer a bowl and a blanket.
ARE THERE SAFES IN THE ROOMS?
Safes are only in Deluxe rooms. You can always leave your valuables in the safe at the reception.
DO WE OFFER SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT?
Unfortunately, we do not organize shuttle from the airport, but we do order taxis for guests staying at the hotel.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL FROM CHOPIN AIRPORT?
From the airport, the fastest way to reach us is by bus 175 or by taxi/uber.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE MODLIN AIRPORT?
Modlin Airport is located about 40 km from our hotel, so the best option is to order a taxi or Uber. It is also possible to take a bus to the vicinity of the central station in Warsaw. From the central station you can easily reach us by tram or bus.
